Just southwest of Prague in the municipality of Jíloviště, Prague Gateway DC is currently being developed as the Czech Republic’s largest data centre to meet the growing demand for performance, sustainability, and durability.
This flagship project will also be the ninth addition to CRA’s (Czech Radiocommunications) data centre portfolio. CRA is an established, local provider of digital infrastructure, telecommunications infrastructure, broadcasting technology, and ICT services with decades of experience and proven reliability. Prague Gateway DC will offer over 2,000 racks across twelve data halls, a modular design with three internal modules, 26 MW of power capacity, and a high level of security and operational availability, making it ideal for international services, cloud applications, and even the training of advanced AI models. Construction commenced July 2025 and will be proceeding in several stages with a goal to have its first units available to clients by early 2028.
